About Falcon Ridge
The Falcon Ridge subdivision is located just off Kinney Road, nestled up against the edge of Pima County’s 20,000-acre Tucson Mountain Park. We are about 20 minutes from downtown Tucson, 22 minutes from Tucson International Airport, 6 miles from the Arizona-Sonora Desert Museum, and 7 miles from Saguaro National Park-West. Residents of Falcon Ridge enjoy beautiful mountain views miles and easy access to the many of hiking trails in Tucson Mountain Park.
We are a 55+ community, which means there must be at least one occupant of each home who is 55 or older. There are 39 homes in our subdivision. Because we don’t have expensive amenities to maintain, our HOA dues are currently only $84 per year.
