This page provides helpful information about Falcon Ridge for prospective home buyers and real estate agents.

Age restrictions – Falcon Ridge is a 55+ community. Our CCR’s require that 100% of the homes in our community must be occupied by at least one person who is age 55 or older. Children under the age of 18 may not live in Falcon Ridge year-round, but may visit for a maximum of 3 months in any 12-month period.

Short-term rentals – Our CCR’s do not allow homes to be rented out for a period of less than 30 consecutive days.

Long-term rentals – Rentals of 30 days or longer are allowed, provided that the tenant(s) meet the age restrictions. (See CCR's for additional requirements concerning leases.)

Management – Our HOA does not use a management company. We are self-managed.

Street ownership and maintenance – Pima County owns and maintains the streets in Falcon Ridge.

Transfer fees – Our HOA does not currently charge a transfer fee in connection with the sale of a home.

HOA dues – HOA dues are payable once a year in January. The dues are $84 for calendar year 2024-5.
