About Falcon Ridge
The Falcon Ridge subdivision is located just off Kinney Road, nestled up against the edge of Pima County's 20,000-acre Tucson Mountain Park. We are about 20 minutes from downtown Tucson, 22 minutes from Tucson International Airport, 6 miles from the Arizona-Sonora Desert Museum, and 7 miles from Saguaro National Park-West. Residents of Falcon Ridge enjoy beautiful mountain views and easy access to the many miles of hiking trails in Tucson Mountain Park.
We are a 55+ community, which means there must be at least one occupant of each home who is 55 or older. There are 39 homes in our subdivision. Because we don't have expensive amenities to maintain, our HOA dues are currently only $84 per year.

Events
Annual Meeting of Homeowners
We have an annual meeting of the homeowners every January. The time and place is announced in a notice that is delivered to homeowners in December.
Reminders
Outside Lights
Because there are no street lights in our subdivision, residents are requested to turn on their porch lights or outside garage lights at night.
Weed Control
Residents are required to keep their yards free of weeds. If you are going to be out of town for a while, please make arrangements for someone to keep your property free of weeds during your absence.
